What BestDebrid collects, why, and how to request deletion of your account.
Website visitors
Like most websites, BestDebrid collects non-identifying information that browsers typically send: browser type, language, referring site, and the date and time of each request. We use it to understand how the site is used. We may publish aggregated statistics (for example usage trends).
We also collect IP addresses. We do not use them to identify visitors, and we only disclose them in the same cases as personal data, described below.
Personal data we collect
If you create an account we collect what is needed to run the service: username, email, hashed password, API key, Premium status and related dates, and technical logs (IP, user agent) tied to your use of the downloader, torrents and support tickets.
Payments are processed by third parties (card, crypto). We do not store full card numbers. We keep the references needed for billing, invoices and fraud / chargeback handling.
You can refuse to provide personal data, but then some features (account, Premium, tickets) will not work.
How we use and share it
We share personal data only with employees, contractors and affiliated providers who need it to operate BestDebrid and who are bound not to disclose it. Some of them may be outside your country; by using the site you consent to that transfer.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We disclose it when required by law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect BestDebrid, third parties or the public.
If you registered with an email, we may send occasional service messages (security, billing, major changes). We keep marketing to a minimum.
Cookies
We use cookies for session, language, theme and similar preferences. If you block cookies, parts of the site may not work correctly.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account at any time: open a ticket on bestdebrid.com/en/center/ or email postmaster@bestdebrid.com. We process the request as soon as reasonably possible. Some records may be kept when the law requires it (for example billing or chargeback disputes).
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy. Please check this page from time to time.
