Service rules, account use, payments and termination.
Acceptance
- Buying a membership or using BestDebrid means you agree to these terms and to the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
- All sales are final. You waive any chargeback for a one-time purchase or a subscription period already started. See the Refund Policy.
- Account sharing is forbidden.
- A chargeback results in an immediate ban. We may disclose relevant personal data to the payment provider or authorities in that case.
- We are not responsible for your actions. Abuse leads to an immediate ban.
- We may change these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
- We may suspend or close the service at any time, for any reason.
The service
BestDebrid is a SaaS download-management tool. We do not store your files. We help you retrieve direct links from supported hosters and manage torrents / streams. Hosters can be added or removed; that does not change the price of an existing plan.
Plans and payment
Premium is sold as a monthly subscription (auto-renew, cancellable in one click; you stay Premium until the end of the paid period) or as a one-time purchase (about 15 to 365 days, no auto-renew). Prices are shown in euros, tax included in the checkout summary. Payment is handled by third parties. No refunds: see the Refund Policy.
Personal use
- Your account is personal and unique. We limit use to 70 unique links per day.
- VPN is allowed for Premium users.
- Dedicated servers, datacenter proxies and similar infrastructure are not allowed.
- Account sharing is not allowed. We run automatic and manual checks.
- Fair use may temporarily restrict an account if misuse degrades the service for others.
Account deletion
You can request deletion at any time via a ticket on bestdebrid.com/en/center/ or by email to postmaster@bestdebrid.com. We aim to process it within 48 hours.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account without notice in case of serious or repeated breach of the law or these terms, or if required by a competent authority.
