On the official Premium page, free gives the core service (upload / share, no account required) with ephemeral storage and 100 GB traffic / 30 days. A subscription adds 3 TB permanent storage, 5 TB monthly traffic, every Premium feature, ad-free, priority access, direct links & CDN, full API. BestDebrid talks to GoFile on a subscription slot, then returns a direct link.

Expired files, traffic or the free page

A free file may already be gone (ephemeral storage). The free traffic cap (100 GB / 30 days) can also block a download on the host. Generating here starts the transfer from our subscription slots. If a link expires or fails, regenerate instead of recycling an old URL.

The GoFile link fails

The usual cases, before you open a ticket.
On free, storage is ephemeral: the file may have expired or been removed (owner, report). Open https://gofile.io/d/xxxxx (or ?c=) in a browser.
The official free offer limits traffic to 100 GB / 30 days. If the host can no longer serve the content, generation fails. Retry later or open a ticket if it persists.
Some paid access is tied to a session. That message is about a shared GoFile account, not BestDebrid. Retry later; if it persists, open a ticket.
Too many dead links, invalid tokens or chained retries can fail generation. Wait before retrying. Do not hammer the API.
Access tokens can be short. Regenerate the link here. A manager with resume avoids starting over on a large file.
If the folder or file is protected, fill the password field under the link box and generate again.
